About The Property

Rock Creek Logistics Center is a 1.2-million SF state-of-the-art speculative building underway at Houbolt Road & U.S. Route 6 in Joliet, Illinois.

The Opus Group  is partnering with AEW Capital Management to develop the property with plans for completion summer 2018. Located in the center of the I-80 industrial corridor, Rock Creek Logistics Center provides immediate access to I-80, I-55, and will  take advantage of a new toll bridge scheduled for completion in 2019, offering  prime access to both the UP and BNSF intermodal terminals.
